Shan,We were hired to have a one-time mow 5/23/22. We had hoped to squeeze it in that week with our normal routes. Two days that week were lost to rain, and we prioritize our weekly customers, in those situations. When we came to the home on May 31 (first working day in the following week) we discovered the yard had been mowed and our trip and time were wasted. We did check with the customer who called in (Adam) and we were told his mower was repaired and no longer needed us to mow. So, we spent time, showed up and lost money, and now have a one-star review for our effort.
