Nice, comfortable room. Blackout curtains. Pool, breakfast, laundry, and more. Will stay again.

We spent the weekend in Albert Lea. We're glad we picked this hotel. The room was clean, beds made nicely and clean, and there was a microwave and fridge as well. We had a two queen room. The pool was nice as well. I didn't catch the name of the short, blonde woman with glasses who worked overnight, but she was sweet. I have family in Albert Lea so the next time we stay we're booking here.

Excellent experience! Clean and spacious room, nice spa/pool area, huge and very well maintained breakfast area with a lot of breakfast options served with actual plates, cups, and utensils. Very impressed!

It seems that the staff is very unfriendly? Not willing to budge on any issue? The house cleaning is every third day, and even then, the miss out on doing the room. When reminded, they say"we can't say when they'll clean...." and their talking points are so negative.. also, I tried to break a week's worth into two separate credit cards, and the opposition again was so negative. They literally refuse to work with you on these requests. The carpet in the room seems unclean and seldom vacuumed.. little do-dads all over on the floor. The breakfast meal isn't kept replenished while people wait. Im very disappointed that the week will cost me over $800 and in reality shouldn't be more than half?
