Called on a Friday to schedule my appointment on a Monday (emergency for a tooth fill) I ended up missing my appointment Monday as my daughter was taken by ambulance (busy obviously missing a dental appointment was not my top concern). I called the following week to reschedule and they told me I have to be put on a THREE YEAR WAITING LIST. I cannot believe how likely they are handling things. Not to mention I have previously REFERRED others to go here. I would not recommend any longer.

In nearly 40 YRS of diff Oral Dr.'s and Surgeons from Austin/Albert Lea - Dr. Vue and his entire crew are HANDS-DOWN BY FAR and ALL-THE-WAY-AROUND the BEST TEAM I've ever come across! Super-Amazing receptionist makes scheduling a breeze as she always seems to carry and pass very positive and good evergy/vibes and seems empathetic to many situations and VERY VERY easy on the eyes I don't mind adding and that never ever hurts, either.... Especially when one needs healing... Could almost say that you could almost enjoy and look forward to your dentist appt.... until.... you sit down! Haha The VUE CREW IS CRAZY AWESOME and unbeatable in my book peeps! So if you don't know this all already.... you definitely need to find y for yourselves ork just keep missing out!?! Yeah... I see VERY LITTLE room for improvements. HOWEVER... nothing and nobody's ever perfect, thankfully because... Not a single of us would even be here now/today if that was EVER the case...... Okay it's actually 4:20 a.m. gtg ya know. Just had three teeth pulled why not???

Was pretty nervous going in for the first time in a while but they made me feel very comfortable and everyone was really nice

I would not recommend this place to anyone they wrecked my teeth never had this much pain in my mouth until after I went here cant even brush my teeth honestly, place made me scared of the dentist after they pulled my teeth. And filled some cavities, and then the cavity fell out. Thought I would give it a try then again and decided not to go so they canceled me and said I cant use this dentist office anymore. Had a couple family members and friends go here and they all say their teeth hurt more now than when they went in.
