Arcadian Bank

It has been such a pleasure dealing with a small-town community bank on behalf of my elderly mother. Everyone at the bank has been so helpful and cautious where her banking needs are concerned. We celebrated the day I was able to "free" her from Wells Fargo! She now gets the help she needs, and always with a smile. I would like to give a shout out to Erika Vietze, the Deposit Operations Manager at the Albert Lea, MN branch. She is so friendly and efficient. Every interaction I have had with her has been delightful. Thank all your staff for making banking a bit safer and more personal for my mom.

Arcadian Bank is a reliable, full-service bank that I trust with all my major life events. The staff at Arcadian Bank provide individualized advice for the customers. They truly treat their customers with respect and want what is best for them. Everyone is approachable and willing to always go the extra mile. My most recent milestones of paying of student loans and purchasing a new house couldn't have been possible without Mark and Susie. They both helped make the process seamless. We are so lucky to have them at our local bank!! I will always make the extra drive to bank at Arcadian Bank.
