An incredible SNA to visit. Beautiful glacial topography of rolling hills scattered with rocks brought from far away. It has an excellent diversity of broadleaf tree species especially Sugar Maple, Paper Birch, American Elm, Red/White Oak, and the diminutive but handsome Leatherwood. Plenty of mesic woodland sedges can be observed here as well. Much of the wooded area is quite open which makes for easy hiking even though there are no trails. You will have good cell phone reception here.
