Do not use this law firm Brian daily was quick to take my money and once I paid him haven't heard from him or received any updates about the case or anything and I paid him all upfront I requested a refund he first refused then months later from me reaching back out for a refund he asked me for proof I supplied everything he asked for and ever since he's been ignoring me and refusing to refund me my money do not use this law firm trust me once you pay him he will neglect you and your case and you will have to fight hard to get a refund I still haven't been refunded and it's been 7 months

Brian daily was a my lawyer in a ccw case against me when I got stop Transporting my gun from one house to another in the mix of moving things I didnt properly transport it and was hit with a felony charge.Omg he help me out big time and got my case down to a small misdemeanor with just a small fine. Im so happy I had him as my lawyer and he knew what he was doing.. definitely would recommend him to other people cause he definitely know what hes doing..

Brian Dailey was hired to help my husband after a car accident. Communication was decent up until a settlement was agreed upon. The settlement check was sent to Mr. Dailey personally. He took his 30% and also deposited my husband's remaining two-thirds into his own account and promised he would transfer the funds directly to my husband or send a check. He did neither and started to ignore us. If I called from a number he did not recognize, he would answer but once he realized who he was speaking with, he'd quickly hurry me off the phone or hang up on me. He has used a lot of different excuses up to and including being in the hospital as his reasoning for not communicating. As new parents already stressed and burnt out with a newborn, this unprofessional behavior is really disheartening and beyond disappointing. It feels like Mr. Dailey has stolen my husband's money and pocketed it for himself. We feel taken advantage of and taken for fools. Use our story as a cautionary tale when researching attorneys. I wish I did better research two years ago when this whole ordeal started. I'll update my review if we ever receive the settlement check my husband is owed or a return phone call.
