        Not a current customer of Top Cut but I was stuck in a snowbank on Chicago Drive when Bryston saw me and turned around to help. He shoveled and pulled me out with a company truck. Very grateful for their customer service, and I'm not even a customer!

        Terrible Service. Our association contracted them for the season. Our front entrance is a disgusting eye sore and an embarrassment to the people who live here. We have been told they will not be back next year....we should have fired them this year. The weeds are taller then the plants. Sad, sad, sad.

      Thank you for the post Margaret. This is an association that works with Cornerstone that contracted us a few months into the season after the original contractor didn’t work out. We took over at the end of May and have been trying to get it back up to par since. Do you know what items are on the contract? I have seen the pictures you have sent to Cornerstone and there are many items pictured that are not covered in our contract with Cornerstone. Items such as repairing an area where a tree was removed is something that has to be requested and approved by the board. Furthermore, we do not have the drainage area on our contract as well.We would be happy to work on that however in order for us to get paid for doing the work it needs to be requested, quoted, and approved by your board and Cornerstone. Feel free to contact Cornerstone to have us add in any items that the board would like. Thank you!
