Dave and the guys did an amazing job on our deck and got us on the schedule quick! The team was incredibly courteous and responsive throughout the project and did top notch work; we couldnt be more pleased with the outcome! Dave was wonderful to work with from the point of giving an estimate to completing the work. The work crew (including Dave) genuinely enjoyed working together and they did a fantastic job. We hired Ripple to replace our deck and are glad that we did. The quoting process was very straightforward and they held to their commitments even in as the housing boom stressed material costs. From the quote to project completion they kept us informed of when materials would arrive and when they could start/complete the project. They did the project in 2 1/2 days (just under the 3 that they projected). Heather was a key link in managing the paperwork and balancing the teams schedule! We really appreciated the team lead by Dave (one of the owners). They were very professional and neat, which is the way we like a project done. WFH during the pandemic gave me a first hand view of their work. I liked that they took the time up front to square up the existing frame that we re-used and replaced a couple of boards that weren't quite right. No skimping/cutting corners here. The 3 member team worked like a well oiled machine. They each knew how they fit into the project. When needed they all pitched in for moving materials and clean up as well. After the install, we noticed two deck screws that had loosened and Dave sent someone over immediately to check/tighten these. No issues since. We're really happy with the finished project and wish that we did it earlier. From the decking to rails and the nicely finished staircase it's a well done project. We get many complements from neighbors and friends. If I have another project (indoor or out) Ripple will be my first call. Thank you!
