I purchased countertop, flooring & carpet from Carpet Bonanza with the assist of a friendly, competent & efficient sales woman, who gave me help choosing all of it & the result is absolutely great!! The installers were the very best-efficient, knowledgeable and punctual!! I highly recommend Carpet Bonanza!!!

We built a new home and worked with Carpet Bonanza to furnish all flooring, carpet and tile. The carpet had different dye colors, tile had to be redone in both bathrooms and in kitchen.wood flooring was installed but did line up where carpet met flooring. Tile had to redone because they sent an apprentice installer to do tile job. They had to send their top installer back to tear out and redo all tile. The owner blamed us for being so picky and not accepting three shades of carpet. It looked like a it belonged in a circus. We will never step foot in Carpet Bonanza again.

Very disappointed on the quality of flooring they sold to us. Dan lied that this flooring can be used in a business. It havent even been a year and there is so many scratches and holes! We have already used up all our backup flooring to replace the ones that did go bad. So many of our clients love for our new flooring looks, but sadly I do not want them to go through the frustration we are dealing with and waste so much money like we did. When we did call Carpet Bonanza about our issues all Dan did is give us a tone with us and trying to make it like it was our fault. He was the one that told us this flooring will last over a decade or 2! Obviously, that was a lie. We are just a massaging place. Our team and clients are not wearing footwear that should damage our floor. Nor do we move heavy things around our office. So why is this happening if this flooring is supposed to be commercial grade? Pretty sure Dan just said things we wanted to hear, so he can get a sale. $13,000 is a lot of money and its not simple to just get the correct flooring we needed in the first place. Im just glad I can make sure our guests doesnt make the same mistake as us.
