It's been a few years, but I started pulling campers with 08 duramax. Had some issues, found merchant online. Made an appointment, Eric merchant came out to waiting room an actually spent time explaining the issues. Can't say enough about this place. Excellent company. Retired now and hope some younger guys discover merchant Automotive. Duramax specialists without a doubt!

Over the years and talking to these guys at off road shows tell me these guys are very knowledgeable and care about their customers. I will continue to buy Duramax parts for my trucks from them. I wish they were in Arizona or SoCal so I can take my truck to them.

I had allot of trouble with my 2002 transfer case rub issue. Replaced the case and installed your rub kit, still had vibrations. My transmission shop took out 7 times, it never was right so I bought a new transfer case with the rub kit you installed in the new case & the support kit for the back of the allision & I installed myself. My problems are gone. No vibration smooth as it was when new. Thankyou for offering the new transfer cases with the rub kit installed. Hopefully I will not have any more trouble from it. I really like your web page glad you specialize in the Duramax's, I own 2 of them now.

Recently purchased my first Duramax and had Merchant Automotive give it a good once over and make sure its ready to go. They were extremely thorough, explained everything they found in great detail, were not pushy in sales to do anything, and were extremely pleasant to work with!! Nice to see a shop that simply knows their stuff, informs you, and lets you make the decision. Will be having my Duramax serviced here for years to come!
