        They will send you mass amount of emails about sales or things in your cart are going to expire but wont email you back about questions on parts so you can properly place an order

        I have been using GW Kent for over 15 years and my experience in the past has been not so good. In the past couple of years I have noticed a drastic improvement in the customer service. I guess they started reading some of the reviews and took action, that is why I have given 5 stars.
