You can tell the staff really loves animals. It is a very welcoming environment that starts with Tessa at the desk. She remembers us whenever we come in, probably because of our dog Rex. I can't recommend this location highly enough.

I've been bringing my pets to VIP Petcare/ Vet IQ Petcare for over 7 years now, and I could not be happier with the level of care my animals have received. I started off going to the pop up clinics for the first few years, but now with the full time clinic location in Ypsi, it's even better. First thing I did when I got my new puppy was bring her in for a physical exam and start her on preventatives. Any same day appointment at a traditional vet would be astronomically expensive IF you could even get a slot, but getting my pup a clean bill of health at Vet IQ was easy and affordable. All staff are so friendly and super helpful, and you can tell they really love the animals they care for. Financially this place has been a godsend! Last year my pup unfortunately was bitten by a tick and we later learned also had an UTI. We were able to just walk in and get care. The total cost for the evaluations, blood & urine tests, and medications was about $400. They were able to diagnose and prescribe everything same day. My friend just took her dog into her vet for the same diagnostics and she spent over $800. Thank you Vet IQ staff for being AWESOME!
