This facility fails its promises to call back in a timely fashion. Took a month just to make an appointment for a basic colonoscopy.

I had a colectomy done with Dr McClure. I had previously been a patient at UoM, but felt that the quality of care had nosedived. I found a different doctor who recommended Dr McClure, and I cannot express how relieved and grateful that I picked her as my surgeon and not just her, but ALL of the Trinity Health support staff after surgery. All of the nurses, techs, care managers, etc were so kind and friendly. It made the whole experience a lot less scary. Hopefully I wont need another surgery anytime soon, but if I do Im going to absolutely make sure its with them again! I feel 100% confident that I made the right choice picking this doctor and healthcare system, despite UoM being the more popular option. Feel pretty convinced I wouldnt have gotten the same quality of care and attention while inpatient.
