        I am a new client with Allstate transferring my auto and home insurance. Maya Brown at the Ypsilanti Mi. office was extremely helpful, patient and polite. She worked with me to get the best policy possible to meet my needs. I was having trouble with the drivewise app, so I came into the office and together we were able to solve the issue in a matter of minutes. All the rest of the policy transfer was done over the phone and on line. Maya was positive, knowledgeable, informative and very personable. It was a pleasure doing business with her.
