Lucas Nursery & Landscaping

Tried multiple times to speak to someone, was placed on hold 10+ minutes. Called back, again, put on hold for 10 minutes. Not staffed or poor service.

We had landscaping done with them. Don't bother telling them what you want because they're just going to do whatever they want anyway. We told the owner what we wanted and it's like he wasn't even listening. He's an absolute sleaze and is very rude once he has his deposit from you. Their work was sloppy and rushed.

Had them put woodchips down in some areas around the house, job looked amazing after, and they did it for 2/3 the price other people were asking and over the course of just a few hours!

I love this nursery. Lots of selections and a huge lot full of great plants and supplies. Good staff too. Kind of far from me (I live in Canton) but worth the drive. I've been coming here since before they moved down Ford Rd. You should check them out.

I really want to like this nursery! I enjoy going and walking around through their greenhouses and store, but I just don't find the selection of plants or garden items I'm looking for here. I also wish their website was more functional. I tried searching last week for bird baths and a specific perennial I hadn't found elsewhere yet, but their website is rudimentary at best. I did find that they had several bird baths, and they were more affordably priced than a competitor down the road. Sadly, I didn't find one I liked and could not find the plant I was looking for. Staff is helpful though when you're in the store.
