        The most ghettoest place ever. Messed up the order then said we couldnt change it. The person taking our order was unprofessional and disgusting. Then when explaining the confusion we were met with rude remarks

        I had a disappointing experience at the McDonald's located at 5550 W Michigan Ave, Ypsilanti, MI 48197 on Saturday, April 6, 2024. I used the self-order machines to place my order, which was simply a large black coffee. Even though the ordering process seemed quick, I waited for a surprising 12 minutes to receive it. Unfortunately, when I finally got my coffee, it was lukewarm--at best! The overall experience was slow and frustrating, especially considering the simplicity of my order. Given the long wait time and the disappointing temperature of the coffee, I would not recommend this particular McDonald's location.
