I had an unfortunate issues with miscommunication on scheduling first appointment. I was unable to identify any type or reminders or confirmations within my resources to identify accountability, but I will not be doing business with this office moving forward. The originally conversation was very pleasant, I am just disappointed in lack of communication.

Dr. Cole and associates are devoted to keeping your teeth (or crowns, etc) for as long as possible. He is very knowledgeable and has great insight into solving dental problems. He has managed to do what other dentists could not do. I once asked Packard Community Health for a dental recommendation, and they couldn't think of any. Well, here is your answer: go to Dr. Cole and Associates. Thanks, Dr. Cole!

HIGHLY recommend! Both my husband and myself went to Dr. Cole recently. Neither of us had been to a dentist in over 5 years each. We were nervous/worried to say the least. I have never felt more relaxed or comfortable at a dentist. He was very professional and very nice. You can tell that he has been doing this for many years. I even went back to have a cosmetic filling and had no pain or discomfort during the whole process!

My wife and I have been patients for years and really appreciate Dr. Coles candor, kindness, and sincerity. Hes also an incredibly gentle dentist.
