        I see Jeyna- she always listens to what Id like to do and cuts my hair beautifully. Shes a talented hair stylist and Ive been happy with every haircut Ive ever gotten from her!

        I had an appointment with Milicka, i arrived about 5-10minutes early and she wasnt ready, a car pulled up next to me and a mother and son got out of the car, i then waited another 25 minutes in my car before going into the suite, i then wait her ANOTHER hour in the suite just for the mother and son who arrived AFTER me to come from the back with Milicka. My appointment was literally just a consultation, i was in her chair for less than 5 minutes. When i booked the appointment it stated we were going to find out the porosity of my hair, never happened. I definitely dont recommend Milicka as she has no regard for new clients.

        I had a silk press done with Milicka and I wasnt impressed at all. Overall, I wouldnt recommend her for the silk press. It doesnt seem to be her strong suit. The first time she gave me a silk press, it was great but it caused some heat damage. And the most recent time, it didnt feel like a salon silk press at all, just something I couldve done at home. Im not sure she works well with 4C hair. However, she was very positive and helpful discussing natural hair care with me.

      Hello, I’m sorry you feel this way. I answer all questions a person may have about their hair at consultations. If porosity never came up it’s because you did not ask. In the description of hair consultation it states: We will discuss current hair regimen, issues with hair and discuss resolutions. I’m not sure if this comment is coming out of spite because you were a no show for your styling appointment and was charged a fee. Your consultation was in July and it’s December and you’re just not saying something for the first time. One thing we pride in at Salon Revive is customer service. I would never have a customer waiting almost 2 hours as you implied. If you were not satisfied with your consultation you could have reached out to me or said something at the time of your consultation instead of waiting 5 months to leave a bad review. We could have handled any concerns at hand. It’s not right to leave a bad review on someone’s business because you lost a dispute. Hope you have a blessed day.
