        This bank has very poor customer service. There male clerks are not friendly, do not assist or welcome certain customers. On the other hand, they will be so friendly, welcoming and helpful to others. Personally, I do not care about them or their assistance. I already closed my account with chase bank, Im am going there ONLY to pay my visa debt. Today, the manager was not helpful with a small issue I had. I most definitely do not recommend this bank and I am going to cut all my relations with Chase bank. So the clerks could have time to chat among them and their manager.
