Inexperienced people work here. If you're going to work at a vape store, you should have a basic understanding of how batteries work. Yet, the people who work here know nothing about the technology they are selling. They understand the marketing materials of these brands, but don't seem to understand how vaping actually works. Just so you guys are aware, a 1.2 ohm coil head will NEVER be the same wattage as a .6 ohm coil on a regulated device. Someone forgot to pay attention during science class, because let's be honest this is pretty easy stuff

Rachel assisted me on my most recent venture and let me tell you, she is amazing! She was super patient, very informative of her concentrate glassware, and friendly during our whole interaction. She was welcoming and didn't make me feel inferior or ignorant with any of my questions. Due to her excellent knowledge and compassionate , genuine nature, it led me to make purchases i wasnt intending to make upon entering the store. She is a gem and I am super thankful I was able to have her exceed my expectations at this store! P.s. don't mind my robotic feel for this review. I genuinely mean all of it. I just want corporate or someone to pick up on all of these trigger words and recognize this woman (more) because she truly deserves it! Thanks.

Staff had no knowledge of how the vape I was having problems with even worked. Worker at the counter got an attitude and told me I was wrong (I wasnt) and then got the manager who also had no idea how it worked. He then proceeded to tell me I was being aggressive (because I was trying to explain something to them they obviously didnt understand) and then he banned me from the store as I was on my way out because he snarkily said have a great rest of your day and I said I hope you dont. Never been happier to be banned from a store.

My home store currently doesn't have credit card readers, so I stopped in during my errands today and got excellent service! Even got to witness another great transaction with a customer on his way to a wedding.
