Great experience! I was walked through the entire process and they made sure I had all my documents submitted to their secure portal, even ones I had forgotten that I had received earlier in the year! It was very easy and painless. The Hayden's Tax Service team was very professional and helped me through every aspect of the process and I am very happy with the refund the government owes me! I will definitely be using Hayden's Tax Services every year for my returns!

Been using Haden Tax service for over 30 years with great results. Now that Jim is gone they are a joke! Cost me over $181 in fines this year, and then lied to cover their butt. I recommend finding someone else!

Kathy Hayden is very professional, knowledgeable, and she helped me out of a huge issue from my divorce settlement/QDRO-Qualified Domestic Relations Order. I unfortunately got screwed by the total amount from my ex's profit sharing, paid tax on it right away, but still had to use the total amount as MY income, even though my ex received 3/4 of it. Kathy did a ton of research and found how to get rid of the early penalty and for the IRS to accept my judgment settlement! I cannot thank her enough for everything she did. I highly recommend anyone, especially clients who just finalized their divorce to contact her to do your taxes! Lastly, I can't believe how fast she got all of my paperwork completed! With all that research she had to do, everything was done within 5 days! I plan on using her service every year from now on!
