Richter Self Storage

I am renting multiple storage units from Richters now for at least 2-3 years now and am happy with them! They only raised the rent once in that time, unlike other storage companies who seem to raise rent every 5-6 months. I Like the customer service. Lucas is so nice and friendly when I come in monthly to pay. Makes paying a good experience! Josh is nice and friendly as well!

Renting online was easy, moving into the unit went easy. Had a problem with which door to use when I first arrived but was able to talk to the owner quickly who helped me. Would recommend anyone looking for 24 hour access climate controlled storage units in the area. They also have multiple locations. Thanks for running the business smoothly

Love this place but why take away the dumpster. Use the cameras to see who excessively use it without notifying of unusual garbage for a cost effective discarding.
