My family invested $20,000 with this company eight years ago.Today our investment is worth about $9000 and some of it we cannot withdraw. Given the history of investments in the last eight years, this is absurd.

It seems you have mistaken Family Capital Management as being the wealth management firm you referenced in your review, however, your family are not clients of our firm and we do not hold any of your/their investments. Although we cannot reverse the negative impact of your previous experience, our team is happy to meet with you, free of charge, to review your current situation with the investment firm in question and discuss any options and recommendations for the funds they still hold.
