        Some of the rudest staff I have ever had to deal with. I have been going here for years but lately it's been one mistake after another when it comes to record keeping and health. Their hours that are posted are clearly wrong, they're online paperwork is years out of date, and they change their policies without notifying their patients.

        Internal medicine has the most rudest receptionist I ever had the displeasure of speaking with on the phone. I have tried to schedule appointments numerous times, and because of the reception is giving me the wrong time I drove all the way Kalamazoo to Grand Rapids just to be told it was the wrong time and now that Im trying to schedule another appointment theyre telling me they have absolutely none of my information they dont even know who I am. They dont even have a doctor set up for me but I literally just missed an appointment, so how is that possible if you dont like your job get a new one
