Wholistic Revolution

I am at the very beginning of my journey with Ken at Wholistic Revolution, and could not be more pleased with decision to join, and am beyond ecstatic to start my program. Ken is extremely knowledgeable and very experienced, so I know that I am in safe hands. This is the very beginning of my new healthy life, and know that I would fail if I tried to do any of this on my own due to my own inexperience, and there seemingly to be endless conflicting information on health and fitness from the internet. I cannot wait to update my review as my journey here continues. Wholistic Revolution is a great place for athletes to go if they want to bring their training to the next level. Ken knows how to design a program that will enhance young athletes. Ken and his wife care about their clients and give support outside of training sessions. Wholistic Revolution has the best equipment and is a super clean facility.

I find Ken Poucket to be much more than a trainer, I consider him a health coach. WR is a wonderful facility in which to work out, different than anything Ive used before. The machines are updated constantly and the place is always clean. His style of training along with education has helped me to better understand the need for more water and more sleep. I look forward to our sessions!

Wholistic Revolution has helped me grow immensely, both in regards to my muscles as well as my motivation! Ive seen great progress since Ive started here and it always feels like Ken knows exactly what I need! Cant recommend this place enough if youre trying to start getting into shape or if you just want to take your training up a notch!
