      It is unfortunate that the damage occurred. The technician had no idea whether or not the existing parts of the pvb were compromised and is lucky to have not been injured. We want nothing more than for the damage to be repaired. This is why a reputable siding company was contacted and sent out to quote the repair. We were prepared to approve the repair quote, but unfortunately, the repair quote was not acceptable to you and you decided to contact your attorney.It is also unfortunate that a judge will have to decide what the best solution is, but at least we'll both have our day in court. Ultimately, we just want to the close this chapter in a timely manner where both parties are satisfied with the end results.

      image Dont stand behind their service or product. Paid for grub prevention. Didnt work. Got grubs and they wanted to charge me another $170 to come back. Truegreen doesnt do that. I went back to a company that stands by their products and services. Lady on the phone was not professional. Didnt care that I was leaving and made zero effort to help. I went with them as they offered a veteran discount. Guess what so does Truegreen now. Guess they have more business than they need if they just let customers walk away. Besides not standing by their products and services my yard looks much worse than it did with TruGreen. Seems like for every good review there are 4 bad ones. Id look elsewhere if youre deciding on a quality company that provides results and stands behind their products.

      Their workmanship is fantastic and Ive never seen such a well run organized small business.
      I would highly recommend anybody looking for sprinklers to call this company right now and get them on your calendar.
