Riverside Coin Laundry

Been doing my laundry here for 3 years and was turned away today because "last call is at 4" we showed up 5 minutes before 4pm but we were turned away. Time to find a new laundromat.

Love this laundry mat they still use quarters instead of the prepaid cards, and shirley is the sweetest lady I've ever met, i drop my laundry off sometimes instead of doing it myself, its a dollar a pounds and everything is dry and folded when i pick it up, highly recommend

I've been using this laundromat for over a year now and spend roughly $400.00/$500.00 a month on the drop off service. I went today and requested my bras to be washed and hung dry separately and was told to "separate my own laundry"! Ok no problem I can do that but you don't have to say it rudely. So I proceeded to ask if they always fold clothes inside out because I spend about $55.00 more for them to do my wash and I didn't think asking for bras to be separate and laundry to be folded properly was to much to ask but then she responded with well then why don't you go somewhere else. Now Debbie has been a fairly decent character on several occasions but the last time I came before this incident she wasn't very happy to be there, lack of customer service and today she was extremely sarcastic, rude and had absolutely had no customer service. So I loaded my clothes back up and told her I would be going elsewhere just like she requested. Then she told me I didn't have to do that, that she wasn't being rude but the way it came off to me was rude. She is not the only person at this laundromat with horrible customer service but I don't know the other girls name. Sorry Debbie made you lose a loyal customer today.
