Downriver insurance group

Stay far away from this guy he does not know what hes talking about. He told me he cannot insure my vehicle because its in my dads name and its illegal. I have had it for three years I had another vehicle in his name seven years ago it was totaled and was paid over $6000 for it. He is not very knowledgeable. I have been honest with my insurance company, and with the other three carriers that I have had insurance on. he said that my insurance company is doing it wrong. I have pictures of my policy from seven years ago and the check. to back it up.

Megan is no help at all!! I pay almost $300 a month and megan can't send a copy of the policy. Extremely poor service from this office and highly recommend finding somewhere else. I will be making a report with the BBB.

Horrible service. Unacceptable knowledge and handling of policy. Todd did not take the time to ever talk with me until there was a problematic issue with cancellation. I will never have Allstate as an insurance policy holder for the rest of my life.
