I dropped my car off for an oil change and a tune up at opening and was told that it would be $280 for my Chevy Equinox, I was first in line and that someone would reach out to me. I didnt hear back until 5 hours later about my car and the mechanic told me the oil change and tune up wouldnt fix the problem with my car and refused to provide the service I requested for the oil change and tune up, the staff was rude and provided terrible customer service, telling me to have my original mechanic fix the issue since I didnt want to pay $540 for the repairs he found. I still had to pay $85 for an inspection when I knew what my problem was, I needed an oil change. I took my car to Firestone up the road, they serviced my car and no issues were found, I got my oil change and tune up and the engine light was gone. I will not be back to this rude place ever again. None of the issues he found were necessary and he was upset that I was not interested in the other services he was suggesting I have done. If I wanted an inspection, I would have taken my car to Autozone and gotten it for free, which I did also, the reason he provided my cars check engine light was on, was not found. He tried to overcharge me and I was not having it.
