        One star because I was just driving in Ann Arbor behind your employee in van 17 and they were on their phone texting and swerving in and out of their lane while also driving way below the speed limit. This is not only incredibly dangerous for a man of that age to be texting while driving and also highly unprofessional. Im sure your insurance carrier wouldnt like that. I have sustained life threatening injuries due to workers being on their phones while operating work trucks. Please be safe.

        Rick replaced the furnace thermocoupler. He was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and explained everything. You can't ask for much more.
