We found it to be very insightful, although, inaccurate and missleading!Yes indeed, your Mother had brought in Hers and your Fathers tax information to me for preparation services, for approximately 3 consecutive years, they paid their bill and I thanked them.However, the two siblings returns you mentioned, were charged $85.00each which is a very reasonable fee, in fact some folks would consider that to be extremely inexpensive, and more than reasonable by someestimates. In fact at the time your Mother brought in your two siblings tax data for preparation services I am fairly certain that I gave her a verbal estimate of the price for each of the two returns. Once again more than reasonable, as I already mentioned.Andrew, you also failed to mention that on approximately November 4, 2021, during the pandemic you came into my office for a one hour consultation, of which I billed you for 1/2 of an hour of my time, againmore than reasonable! Andrew, once again, youfailed to mention that your Uncle was one of my first clients and we maintained a successful CPA/Client relationship with a number of business endeavors for approximately 23 years or so until his passing. Also, to the point, the service I/we offer to our clients has successfully paralleled our Clients needs since 1987. And we are grateful and respectful to all of our Client/CPA relationships.Andrew, once again thank you for your review, and this opportunity to respond!
