        If I could give zero stars I would. Customer service is horrible. My husband went in to get a battery for lawn mower. The guy was playing in his phone while my husband stood there for ten minutes waiting to be helped. Then the lady in next lane opened up my husband went out there she said oh we do not have batteries. My husband said to the guy you couldnt tell me that while you was playing on your phone and his dumb response was oh I did not think of it. Maybe the employees need to put away their phones and try to give the best customer service you can.

        Never a fun time when your riding mower breaks but Im sold on using sells. Brought my mower in and sells set some good worst case scenario expectations but beat them. Told me it would be 3-4 weeks and had me done in 2. Mower wouldnt turn over and quoted me high to fix it but final cost was significantly less. Super happy with overall experience.

        Absolutely horrible customer service. Order engine parts 3 weeks ago. Took about a week to get, and they forgot to order one thing. No big deal, I'm told the part will be there Tuesday. Call Tuesday, no part. Told it will be there Friday. Call Friday no, no part. Call today (Wednesday) and am told part was never ordered and it will be another WEEK before I get it. No option for faster shipping. Parts department is not trained right. I have lost money having a machine down for 3 weeks. After this I will not buy parts there again.
