The worst decision was to hire Juan! He will harass you, make up rules, and give you notes on your door for things that arent even in your yard. Like, how is my trashcan "portable play equipment?" Im confused! Last I checked, a trash can is not play equipment. But your boy Juan believes so... He acts like this is his first job; its actually sad. Buddy, you dont own the park; youre just a "manager" who seems like youve never managed anything in your life. Maybe corporate should really look over his resume again. It seems he doesnt have any experience! Do better

The management in the park sucks they are not friendly Juan the Manger thinks he owns the place will write you up for anything

Wow, looks like I'm not the only one. I've lived at Woodhaven place for 6 years, everything was great up until the last few months ago. A few months ago Sun Homes made a mistake and hired Juan as the park manager. Seems to be a very underqualified individual for said job title. As a park manager, you need to have people skills, something Juan doesn't have. He's very disrespectful in his demeanor and tone and walks around like he owns the place. Will write you up for anything and everything. Then proceed to tell and remind you that you need to read the park rules that are in the lease. It's pretty hard to read a lease when you're not provided a lease once you sign a digital one. Furthermore, I didn't realize that a "park manager" meant you were a judge, jury, and executioner. I really wouldn't recommend anyone to move in here, unless you like to be harassed that is. Sun Homes needs to reevaluate the situation, Juan doesn't seem to be qualified for even a maintenance position. I would rate my experience -5 stars if that were possible.
