Best Western Woodhaven Inn

Stayed 1 night and decided to extend my stay one more night left the room around 8am and didnt return till 4pm when I walked into the room no room Service had been done called the front desk to ask for it they said they all left at 3 and to come to the front desk for towels asked if we can just get another room that is clean and she said we would have to pay for it. Why would I have to pay for a mistake they made

My husband I have been going here for years just get a couple nights away from the kids. We get the Jacuzzi suite and Love it. Staff is friendly, rooms are decent and they have a bar and restaurant so that's nice too. Wish it would get updated a bit but overall we Love this place and never stay anywhere else.

I stayed here frequently last year when I would have to go to my nursing job, and havent been here since last year upon my last stay one of there staff Marlene was very rude with me and I did say she was racist because she give me that type of impression, how she works doing customer service welp not sure Im sure the manager David has heard this plenty of times about her demeanor. Now , like I mentioned havent been here in quite awhile decided to book a room and upon my daughter checking in the staff gives my daughter a message saying Im no longer allowed to stay at the hotel anymore because the housekeeper said it was pee (urine) in my ice container and the pee (urine) got all over her when she picked the container up. Now come on how low is this to say I would ever in life do something trifling like that, made up a lie on me because I said one of the staff was racist , now this right here proves that this establishment is just what I said racist to LIE on me. This right here is beyond me
