I took my children to Aspen today. Ashlee was a great hygienist and Victoria C. the manager was a wonderful help as well. Dr. Virk was really fast and efficient with my child's fillings. 5/5 Star Rating for a job well done.

Over charge without notice and have had too many issues with staff

Id give this place zero stars if I could because this place is garbage. Made an appointment on a Tuesday for Friday at noon. They called to confirm my appointment and asked if they could move it up to 9am which I agreed to seeing as I needed a broken tooth extracted that was causing me a great deal of pain for the past few days. They told me to be there 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork so Friday rolls around, I waltz in there at 8:45 and they told me Im past the 15 minute mark. I told them I wasnt and that my appointment was at 9am and they said it was for 8:30 and they couldnt get me in that day. They said they called and I showed them my phone records that they didnt and Vicky up front showed what number they had on file which wasnt the correct one even though they called me Tuesday. So I leave and at 9:15 I received a text saying I have a 9am appointment as I told fat Vicky up front that I did. I went to Kakaris Family Dental right up the road on King and Allen and they took care of me like an hour after that incident, no problem. Go to Kakaris over this place. Vicky wont care just as the rest of the staff wont care either about you.
