Tim Hortons

Came through the drive thru this morning on May 21st and the employee Lashondra taking my order was rather rude. I informed her I had a Tim Hortons reward card for a free any size beverage, I asked for a large vanilla Iced Cappuccino and she said "that's not on there" even though the card has no restrictions or exclusions. Then I asked for a pretzel bagel, that was coming up on the Tim's app for that location and she said in a snide tone "don't have those". I was going to order the western bites but after the interaction with her I didn't want anything. I decided to pull around to come inside and show her the card I had and the doors were locked. Will never return to this location and I highly recommend finding another store.

I went there on a Friday morning ..I went inside..there were 2 girls working drive thru..I stood there for 8 minutes..neither of them said anything to me at all..work customer service ever!!
