My daughters dog was taken to this groomer. Layla was a happy and healthy dog with a big loving heart. My daughter dropped off her dog, for a bath and brush. Thinking this was routine she had no worries. Sadly this groomer returned Layla back to us dead. Layla meant the world to me and this groomer took her away without any remorse. I wish I was able to say goodbye to her. But that opportunity was taken away from me as well. Please take your pets somewhere else that will at least give your dog a fighting chance to live.

The owner is rude, unprofessional and dishonest. Appointments are difficult to schedule as they don't communicate and don't answer their phone. If you late to pick up your pet, you will be charged an extra fee. Consumer beware!

I had 2 cancel an appointment. First, they told me the fine would be just $30.00 & then when I called, they informed me it would be$30.00 /dog. Plus the fact the woman I spoke with was very rude on the phone. Not a very nice place!!!
