Toebe is one of the most dishonest companies in Michigan! They waste tax payer's dollars on poor quality work, while cheating every subcontractor they hire!

The way this company treats their sub contractors is by far the worst ever. It's horrible how "they" get paid for the job months in advance but find every excuse in the book not to pay their sub contractors.
