We wanted to get a reverse mortgage. We heard Kathy Muni on the radio explaining reverse mortgages, and decided to give her a try. She came to our home and explained everything, answered all of our questions. She is so friendly and caring. We decided to go with the reverse loan, and boy are we glad we did! Kathy does it all for you. We closed at our kitchen table. How convenient is that. Kathy is knowledgeable, friendly, you will love her! Now without a house payment , life is so much better. Kathy was absolutely delightful to work with. I found her to be personable, knowledgeable, and responsive - no delays in getting back to us with information for which we asked; and on her part, she gently, yet firmly made certain that we provided the information in a timely manner that she and the underwriters needed to close our loan. Most importantly: There are some specific features of Reverse Mortgages in general that we don't like, and that are not able to be modified. Kathy made certain that we understood the differences between different types of Reverse Mortgages, and the pros and cons of each, so that we could make well-informed decisions about whether or not and how we could (or would) proceed to best achieve our objectives. With this knowledge in hand, we were comfortable in closing our Reverse Mortgage loan; and are looking forward to the security it will help provide us in the future.

I wish I could give zero stars, I called for information on a Reverse Mortgage, I spoke to Mr. Muni, he was rather short with me, didn't seem to think our home was worth enough, told me they would have to do 2 appraisals, he said he would get back in touch in a few days, that was a month ago, no call back, I DO NOT recommend!!!!
