Chad remodeled two of our bathrooms, our entire kitchen, took up carpet and put down Luxury Vinyl throughout the first floor, painted and built a bar in our lower level when we bought a house 18 months ago. He completed the projects on time and within budget. He was professional at all times and kept the job site meticulous. The quality of work was top notch. This is about the 9th or 10th new construction or major renovation we have done in many different parts of the country. Working with Chad was far and away the best experience and best result. The attention to detail and focus on perfection was amazing. The project was a restoration of an 1880s Victorian that, to say the least, needed a tremendous about of work. There was virtually nothing that did not need restored or replaced. A number of elements required great attention to detail, patience and persistence. All during the process Chad suggested ways to make the result even better. Everyone who was seen the result has been just amazed at the quality of the completed project. We consider ourselves very fortunate to have had Chad as our contractor and if you ever have the opportunity to work with him we are sure you will feel the same way.
