        Kevin our trainer left us with his personal number, telling us to call or text him if ever we needed him or had questions. Easter morning, our dog got out of the invisible fence. Upon investigating we realized the system wasnt working. We texted Kevin, our trainer/installer. I did not expect what happened next, Kevin texted back in seconds. Walking us through how to fix it. In 5 minutes our system was back up and running. Our dog was happily contained again. The service that comes with invisible fence is unbeatable. Kevin went above and beyond, to help us. Was very nice and courteous and assured us we werent bothering him, even on his day off and on a holiday that he was spending with his family. I cant recommend invisible fence enough. Thank you Kevin for the unbeatable service!
