The owner went above and beyond what I was expecting from a vacuum repair serviceman. He was courteous and kind. He was very knowledgeable of the vacuum he was servicing. I will be coming back to him for all my Kirby repairs in the future.

Fantastic one day service, i was able to drop it off and run my errands while it was being serviced. Pete called me to tell me the issue and that it was fixed before i could even finish my running around! Highly recommend!

Many thanks to Pete's expertise and relational customer care, my Kirby's 25th birthday this month features the beauty looking, performing, and sounding like new! The owner went above and beyond what I was expecting from a vacuum repair serviceman. He was courteous and kind. He was very knowledgeable of the vacuum he was servicing. I will be coming back to him for all my Kirby repairs in the future.
