I've bought 2 and sold 1 with Middy's expert guidance. She's always a calm voice of reason with drama free confidence. This last purchase was a competitive situation and she knew which levers to pull to get us the house without going over our budget. To be honest without her sense of urgency and customer service by visiting the house before we had a chance to visit was the only reason we even had the oppourtunity. When we decided to make a move, we talked to a professional. We thought, maybe we will move in a year. Middy was so helpful in giving us information and people to talk to, to make sure that we were taking the right steps for this future decision. She listened to what we wanted and we only saw houses that met our needs. We had specific needs but when we saw the house we wanted, she made sure that we did everything possible to higher our chances at getting in. We made one offer on our dream house and now we've been living in it for a few months. She also gave us ideas on how to fix our old house, she sold that too!
