Mortgage 1 was phenomenal! I worked more closely with Mindi and she was incredible. Outside of working incredibly hard with my husband and I for our first home purchase, she also kept up encouraged during the process. She often reassured us that all things would work out for us. This team is amazing and I wont be going anywhere else for any other future home purchases.

Mindi was amazing. Very knowledgeable and very accessible. Made this process as painless as possible. She also consistently stayed in close contact with our realtor. Their synergy helped us close on a home. We had experiences with other lenders throughout the home buying process but Id go with Mortgage 1 over any other lender anytime.

We just purchased our first home thanks to Morgage one and our realtor Brad! We originally were quoted at a pretty low price, which was fair & what we expected! However, when a house we really wanted came on the market and it was just out of reach Morgage one made it possible for us! We closed on the house on Valentines Day 2024! What an amazing gift! Amazing people to work with! Helped me every step of the way with any questions I had and still are willing to answer anything I come to them with. These were the only people I could find that fought for me every step of the way to be able to get a mortgage. I highly recommend this place to anyone trying to apply for a mortgage
