They came out to give us a quote for snow removal from our roof. Fair pricing, came and did a great job, was very careful and explained what they were going to do and why. Very Happy and would use them again and recommend them.

I needed a new roof. Mine was leaking and Northshore Roofing was able to get to me in a couple weeks. They put a new roof on in two days and did a great job. Everyone was very polite and explained to me what needed to be done and cost. I would recommend them to anyone

Northshore was great! I got 5 whole home/garage tear off and re-roof bids, Azariah was the first to respond, and the first to come out. He was a 'no pressure' bid. No hour long sit-down down, or 75 calls and emails of pressure afterwards, which I appreciated! All of my questions and requests were answered promptly. The crews showed up on time, as scheduled. They were tidy and respectful of my property. Our roof was a 2 day project, we got caught in the rain, but next day Azariah got up on my roof during the rain storm to ensure everything was dried-in well and that the wind wasn't doing any damage, (which it didn't) but talk about dedication! Northshore was the most reasonable quote we received, and had the best turnaround time for scheduling. I'll recommend to anyone needing a roof.

I reached out to Northshore on 10/6 and they were very kind, said they could come out the next day to see the house and give an estimate. I heard nothing from them for days so I called again on 10/11. They apologized and went to the house that day. Gave me a quote via text and said they could do the repair that day. I did not hear from them again until 10/16 when they texted me that they had been sick and not able to do the work and it would be best if I called someone else. Very poor customer service. If you are under the weather, don't offer to do the work that day. Five days in between hearing from them each time is a waste of my time and thankfully not something that was more urgent. I will be bringing my business for this matter and any other future matters for roof/siding elsewhere.
