Not a good place for deliveries.

Was told recieving is 7am-3pm fcfs.Checked in at 6:55,first on the list.Was told I will get a phone call when given dock.Woke up 9am nobody reached out,I went inside to meet this bigKarenthat basically said we dont have room for you,we have to move stuff arround,well call you whenever.Called my dispatch,broker,got a phone call with a dock number in 5 minutes. When Karencalled me,she just gave me my dock number and hung up,didn t had a chance to ask if I should break seal/how will paperwork be given to me. Trailer has been empty since 10:00. It s 11:00 and I go back to this wonderful Karenwho was enjoying her meal in the back room(after I spent 5 minutes at the window to wait for somebody to show up)and she basically saidYeah they ll come out with paperwork once they are done nothing I can doand moved. Eventually went inside the warehouse to meet this great guy whom I ve explained everything and got me my paperwork in less than 5 minutes.He apologised for everything that happened. Horrible place to deliver. Very rude attiude from office worker. Will definetly not return as I advise others not to.

All owners and operators must be aware of their trailer when bringing it to this place. The workers, at their convenience, mark the trailer with permanent ink on the inside with more than 500 lines on each side without authorization and no one responds. It is disrespectful how they appropriate something that does not belong to their company and the owner or the abusive workers respond.
