The best view of the pontiac lake. The bright area colors are attractive and a family environment to live, peaceful and safe. Good shopping area near by, the area is commercial, nail salon, massage salon and the best restaurants like Applebee's, Chinese restaurants, Mexican bar and grilled all nearby. Please make a visit and enjoy the fresh breeze from the lake front.

The rooms are incredibly disgusting the one that runs at his name is doc and he is a complete mean rude disgusting person. He walks in rooms unannounced, doesn't maintenance anything the right way, no water pressure, mad roaches and then when you tell him he blames you, raises rent when he feels like it, goes through your things, black mold, people constantly getting sick, poisoned my dog.... Etc... So so much bad....

Place is disgusting. They don't change their sheets. They don't clean. The guy that runs the place "doc" is horrible with people. All he cares about is money. This place deserves 0 stars! He legit got mad bc we left, now he's holding our security deposit. Calling me out of my name, as if I did something wrong. Angry because the truth hurts. He tries to use the "oh I'm sick I need help" card. Just to butter you up to take as much money from you as possible. Hotel rooms are supposed to be 290 a week. He charged us 315 bc he knew my man has a good job. If you was to stay there you will be sorry in the end.
