Top notch experience with Bonnie! She worked a loan that was difficult to find a lender for, and despite some setbacks, she persisted and we ultimately closed. Communication was excellent (I was the listing agent so this is often not the case). Bonnie was personally involved from start to finish and even though I was on the other side of this transaction, from my perspective, her client was lucky to have her!
