        Worst branch atm is always out of service

        Went to the bank this morning and they refused a cash deposit of rolled change. We don't accept rolled change, you have tou put it in the coinstar and pay 3%. I guess I will go back to my old bank where you can do either. I should not have to pay as a member. Shame on you GENESYS for not accepting the deposit. It is the same as cash.

        What a joke this CU is!! Called for info about joining the credit union and after 55 minutes on hold and never speaking to a human being I figured out they don't want my business and finally hung up. I only stayed on that long because I happened to have time and was curious if anyone would ever come on the line or not. Perhaps they never do...
