        For starters, I love this apartment building. It is a newer building and has been taken care of. Working with Brie (who works for the property management company) is just WONDERFUL. She takes care of any issues brought to her as soon as possible. Brie truly cares about the tenants and goes out of her way to make things happen. Paul, who does building maintenance, is also so helpful and wonderful. I have read some of the negative reviews and by no means is any of that my experience. In fact, I re-signed my lease for another 18 months because of my overall experience at this building. Reminder: no place is ever truly perfect (things happen), but working with Brie and Paul makes living in this building so great!
